Lifting up a person's shirt or other primary upper body garment, often with the intent to show off their bra or bare breasts/chest.
Usually this is done either by the wearer of the shirt or someone nearby. It could also be caused by an inanimate object, such as a hook or other object that might catch the shirt and lift it up. It can be done voluntarily or involuntarily (by another person/object).
This tag covers shirts and any other garments that fulfill the function of a shirt (tank tops, camisoles, halter-tops, etc.). Undergarments, bikinis, and overgarments should be separately tagged.
