A class of characters from the Fire Emblem metaseries that ride Pegasi into battle. Because Pegasi do not like men riding them, they are always ridden by females, so all Pegasus Knights are female (This is first introduced in Genealogy of the Holy War, generic enemy Pegasus Knight in the Akeina games are male), at least canonically (non-recuritable Pegasus Knight in the GBA games all have "male" stats for some reason). They tend to sport a generally uniform attire throughout the metaseries. They usually wield lances and spears as their primary weapons, although there are rare exceptions that prefer swords.
