When a character has three or more arms. For example, a humanoid with a mutant 3rd arm growing out of them, a cyborg with 4 arms, or a monster with multiple arms, like Machamp.
Can also be used if an extra arm (or arms) appear to have been drawn by mistake due to artistic error.
