She's growing up to be Mutant Jesus. Though having Cable and Deadpool have adventures with baby Mutant Jesus through time and space was more fun than what the retarded Marvel writers are writing about her now.
This artist is definitely becoming one of my favorites. Is this artist english, or is there a moonspeak translation of Cable & Deadpool that I don't know about?

As far as I know, I don't think there are Japanese translations. Looking at the artist's other works, I'm inclined to think that he/she is Japanese. Odd as it may be, there are quite a few Japanese artists that are fans of Western comics, like inugami_mokekiyo. Heck, the guy even drew karima_shapandar who I would consider as a fairly minor character.

Is it really any more odd than there being american manga and anime fans who learn japanese just to do fan translations?
Perhaps odd was the wrong word to use there. 'Rare' would have been better. And I wouldn't say that it's odd for your example, since anime and manga are much more saturated in Western audiences as opposed to Western comics in Eastern audiences.
