I think that it's kinda like us unable to see what was going on in the third panel.

カオ is 'face' (not sure where 'features' came from) and 見れなくなる is 'to become unable to see', so I think the implication is that it's because of Patchy covering her eyes in the immediately preceding panel.

My first response was also "face" too, so the feature probably really meant facial features... Sigh... must have misinterpreted somewhere...

Last line is another Toguro quote. Also, 'gentlemen' is slang for 'pervert', hence choices 2 and 3. 1 is probably a meme too, but it's too small to search for properly.

To be exact, it's the younger brother. The elder one is the shapeshifter, and yes, I can understand why people mistaking who is elder due to their size difference.
