Those are quite possibly the dumbest-looking greaves I've ever seen. And what's with the helmet, is the bureau employing stormtroopers now or something?
The helmet's most likely an advance magic-tech sensors suite that- you know what screw it, no way am I justifying that, it...dear god look at it! It looks like something out of an comic book villian...a C-list comic book villian no less! Besides, we already have a girl who punches stuff.
This is what I can translate except for the (all) kanji. (sorry, I'm still learning) Name: カレドヴルフ テクニクス KAREDOVORUFU TEKUNIKUSU (if someone would kindly like to take this and shorten to look like a name, much appreciated) Weapon: CW-ADX アーマーダイン 「ラプター」 CW-ADX AAMAADAIN (ARMARDAIN?) RAPTOR
As for the design of this, I don't even know what's going on in Force so I can't really state an opinion based on the content, I'll just say that it looks ... retro? and yet somehow not. :|

Attack of the Flying Saucer Heads!
Stuff like this makes me glad I stopped following Nanoha. I miss the days when it was still Pretty Cure with magitech for the magic trinkets instead of merchandise made for six year-olds.

I'm still following it, dispit it all, though in a world where magic-tech is common, you would've think they'd made an advance sensors suite (at least that's my theory anyway, for all I can know it's a giant coffee maker) for indivual soldiers slightly more compact and less laughter inducing! I mean, you have Nanoha, Ace of Aces, with the firepower of at least eight entire bomber wings, plus twelve air superiority fighter wings, and she's wearing a fancy robe and jacket that faintly looks like her old school uniform, it was advance, non-bulky, and if you didn't know any better, perfectly normal clothes, well, normal for anime anyway, this...couldn't they have done it as a visor or better yet, sunglasses, 'cept it has the ability to disappear into light when it isn't needed, it would be simple, you can just show a few panels of a H.U.D. to show how it looks, say it has magic sensor crap or something, and blam! You got a badass device that doesn't arouse supspection the second you go outside! SIMPLE AND EASY! What part of the magic-tech handbook does it say that magic-tech has to look overly complicated and unuser friendly as possible?! I mean for Saint Kaiser's sake, look at him! I can probably blind side him with a folding chair because of that stupid thing's resicting his field of vision!

Cared Wolf Technics (CW) maybe. I'm sure about the Wolf and Technics.
It's a human shaped terminal. Think of it as James Cameron's Avatar (probably a ripoff from that) where a person controls it from afar.
Different from Combat Cyborgs, Raptor doesn't have a trace of life forms in it. Its strength is almost 10 times stronger than a normal human, and can tolerate extreme high and low temperatures as well as operate in vicinities with Poison Gases.

Ooooh...then my rant is completely out off of context. Fantastic...
