At least according to what I was told, regardless of the reason why a work is violated, it is preferred to mark it as a TOS violation, even if it really isn't.
It could've been marked cause it was a contributor image that didn't go through the queue. However, the marker should put their reason as "Needs to go through the mod queue" if that's the case.
I don't see it like that. I'd redline it, but I can't at the moment. The torso's turning, and there's a silhouette right below the line that curves back.

to be honest, I think thats how its supposed to be, since I guess the artist tried doing a 3/4'ish view.. when the body moves a way things look different, but I guess they failed making it look like that with that line on that one spot.. should be moved a bit to the right.. and then it might be ok.. don't personally like this image though but what can we do :/
