Youkai's age somehow varies. Aya is supposed to be at least 1000 years old, Cirno is 60+, Tewi is 1300+ etc...Lunarians are also far older...
Even some humans have vague age like Sakuya. Discount Akyuu & Rinnosuke for the former being previous generation incarnate & the latter being half-youkai.

Not here she can't. Legally speaking, Kyuubi's contracts have no gaps. They have holes. Giant, gaping holes so vast its easier to see the hole than the contract.
