She could extrapolate based upon how much Sakuya was able to accomplish per time stop.
I.E. If she had three hours to do whatever she wanted, she could have just moved a pile of boulders directly over Reimu and Marisa's heads and closed off all the exits with walls of thrown knives.
Also, Reimu's canon abilities include "extremely good intuition", so she just naturally guesses things correctly. (Like finding where Kaguya was hidden off of a hunch in IN.)

Well, I wasn't actually expecting logic answers... but yours is good. Wish I had thought of that earlier
I see, nice and simple!I think that isn't teleportation, but rather time control. It's a cheat ability accepted even in S-class.How you figure?Marisa, did you notice? Silver-hair there might have a weakness too....But as of now, it seems to have its limits. There's about a 5-second delay when she uses it consecutively, and the amount of time she can stop is around 3 seconds. .... That's probably about the most she can use it.I bet she's taxed big time when she's using it. That's why the delay between uses, and why its operating time is limited.Well, if it wasn't true, we'd be mincemeat by now, right?
