The artist for Suzu from Seitokai Yakuindomo. He wouldn't even need to draw her, just put an arrow saying that she's in the middle of something.

The one in the back should be possible, but I personally do not recognize her.
The two on the right are difficult, but the fact that they are off the screen might be an important character feature for them. I also wouldn't be surprised if they were from the same anime because the artist grouped the characters according to what anime they were found in.
