The Japanese is the slogan of the "Earth - Music and Ecology", clothes label. I believe the slogan to be a part of an autumn clothes campaign. The clothes are supposed to be natural fabrics and is promoting a green-living. Not one-hundred percent sure on what the link is to Cammy or Felicia. I didn't see a link to the either Aoi Miyazaki, actress speaking for the campaign, nor the campaign itself. Could just be artist choice.
As for the translation, it's a bit obscure, 「生きていく」kind of means "To subsist" or "To live on (a minimum of)". Be that as it may, I don't understand the implied strength of what is being said. But, I offer the translation of "Tomorrow, you exist to wear what?". It's literal, but I think that's what the strength of the expression is.
