All the girls actually had a little complex about bust size and hourglass figure whenever it was brought up in compairison to Grune. IIRC though, Chloe was the most obvious.

There's a reason Norma called Chloe "C" and Grune "G-Girl"... the nicknames were given further meaning in a late-game cut-scene, and that's where Norma wishes she was more of a "C". But yeah, they're all pretty jealous of Grune.

Well that "C" bit was just how it was translated in english. "Girl" was "Nee-san" and "C" was "Cool". I know Norma made some statements about Chloe's bigger breast size, but her nickname had nothing to do with it. The localization had some libterties with some of the translations.

Ahhh, I had a feeling that might be the case. Nevertheless, it worked out pretty cleverly.

The nicknames werent all that bad, though I felt that some of the localization nicknames were pretty off from the original japanese meanings. I mean really, "Girl"? Big sister would have been fine there. as for "Cool", I'm fine with "C". "Will-chi" and "Teach" pretty much is spot on though.
Well, I never played the Japanese version, but here's all the nicknames Norma gives out in the English version off the top of my head. [going through a playthrough of it right now]
Senel = Senny Shirley = Shirl Chloe = C Will = Teach Moses = Red, Giet = Spot Jay = JJ Grune = G-Girl Fenimore = Fen-Fen Walter = Wally Poppo = Poppy Harriet = Hattie
That's all that I really remember, I know she gave Fenimore's twin a nickname as well but I forget what it was. I don't think she ever gave nicknames to the three major antagonists in the game which is funny because she gave the abusive jerk that trained Jay to be an assassin the name So-So who you fight alongside Shadow Jay in his CQ, though his actual name escapes me. Then again, I can understand her not giving a nickname to Vaclav at least, dude has to be one of the most boring villains ever. Pretty much everything about him seems to come out of some middle schooler's superficial definition of badass, which is depressing because just about every other character in the game has some depth to them. Even the Terrors, who outside of Stingle have less lines and storyline importance than he does, are more interesting than him. Bah.
I'm guessing they decided to go a little liberal with the nicknames instead of outright translating them though.
ETA: And I just noticed that Chloe has long hair in this pic. That's... kinda off-putting.
