But Utsuho is fusion, not fission.
Hydrogen and helium as involved in fusion are stable isotopes, and thus don't have a half-life.

However, Utsuho has power over *all* fusion, and many fusion results cause enough radiation to turn everything around them radioactive. Fusing anything around the Iron atomic weight for instance starts to generate energy comprised mostly of X-rays. It's not quite the same as a true half-life, but it's close enough for government work.

Could the tag "hazard_suit" or "hev_suit" be added for this? Not everyone with a HEV Suit is meant to be Gordon Freeman (For example, the holo-assistant in training mode).

Wouldn't the HEV Suit come with a helmet? Or is that what the glasses are for?

My point is that whilst not everyone who's wearing an HEV Suit is Freeman, anyone going about in the suit sans-helmet and wearing Freeman's glasses is probably cosplaying Gordon Freeman.
