I think you mentioned that a few times between several of his pictures. To be honest, I already knew he was a guro artist based on older works on his website and internet. It was only a matter of time before his old habit/fetish would reappear in newer artwork.

He's one of my favorite guro artists...I still have all his guro works from waaaaaaaaaay back that I downloaded in my freshman years in High School...

Why'd the artist have to leave us hanging at a place like this? Not knowing is worse than anything else.

The bistoury doesn't has any blood on it yet so maybe Eirin is getting ready to do something either to Reisen or Tei and the gap through we are seeing is the eyelid opening of one of them after fainting for so much torture (or pleasure)just to find out what is about to be done to her.

Looking at the shape, I think the silhouette might be Reisen's ears.
