I think 'Girls of the Wild's' was like the only webtoon I've ever read, no idea what the scene is like today.
a whole lot of "martial X of Y" / "Strongest Cultivation X". Usually Strongest Martial Ascension God/Demon cultivation et cetra. a quite a lot of villainess stories semi-based on otome games. SMUT and powerfantasies aplenty. the genre that I like to call "I got shafted by powers that be but because reasons it actually is the strongest power ever." is also quite massive.

Don't forget the Hunter genre, which can be summarized as "urban fantasy where dimensional gates or a tower have appeared in Korea (and the rest of the world I guess, but mostly Korea) and the world now runs on the same mechanics as my favorite MMORPG because coming up with a decent power system is too hard".
I have only fully read "The Warrior Returns"... And that was a neat take on the whole Korean webtoon cliches. It wears it inspiration on it's sleeve but does cool stuff with it instead of just straight up ripping off other properties.
.... And the Wayne Family webtoon. But that one like barely counts.
