I wish I knew what it was about these charts that I love so much. I'll come back and translate this later; notes for now:

I don´t think Wriggle and Cirno like each other, neither Sanae and Momiji, also I think Remilia likes Reimu.

I think it's more of this artist's personal preferences. He has a lot of touhou comics on his pixiv page so it's probably related to that. I mean if you're gonna drag canon into this LettyxCirno relationships are just the tip of the iceberg...no pun intended

That's not a love arrow. The kana next to it reads "netamashii", which means "jealous". (See also Parsee, though for some reason she only seems to be jealous of Suika...)

Whoops, I'm an idiot - I thought you were talking about the arrow from Letty to Wriggle for some reason. Never mind; I guess the ♥ from Letty to Cirno is just the artist's preferred interpretation.

Okay, I'm done for now - trying to read some of these kanji is doing my head in. (Probably the worst is that... squiggle on the line from Flandre to Meiling.) Hopefully someone else will take on some of the challenge.

I certainly hope it is. Yeesh. I can kind of see it now, and the characters involved might have been enough of a clue, but I'd never have guessed from the writing alone.

Finally, looking at Reimu -> Suika, would that mean Reimu wishes Suika were more dependable? It would fit with canon, but I'm hesitant to blindly apply canon to this chart for obvious reasons. Aside from some unusual pairings (Nazrin and Kogasa? Momiji and Sanae?), some of the other interactions are just weird. (Cirno's relationships to Kaguya, Tenshi and Alice... Akyu idolises Kaguya and Flandre?)

There's also the 乙女仲間 triangle between Sanae, Nue, and Kogasa, and 巫女仲間 between Reimu and Sanae. I'm thinking that it means "friends who are drawn together by a particular commonality", e.g. Reimu and Sanae get together to talk about miko-ing/miko-related activities. Mostly I just wanted to write the phrase "miko buddies".

I still can't remember them all *A*; haven't played much 7 8 and 10 yet...

仲間 can mean "allies/companions/friends". But yea, it can be used for those who share a common cause.

Also, this seems more like the artist's depiction for various relations. Else, I don't know how sworn rivals like those immortals can love each other.

Between (and slightly above) Yukari and Reimu is Watatsuki no Yorihime, one of the Lunarian princesses from Silent Sinner in Blue etc.

The girl with the flower in her hair who longs for Flandre and Kaguya is Hieda no Akyuu, the narrator of Perfect Memento in Strict Sense. (Incidentally, the longing for Flandre may be even more worrying than the initial translation of "idolising". Sheesh, Akyuu, isn't your life short enough already?)

I'm curious of what the ♥ means in this context. Love, as in romantic love, or...?

Then does a single, two pointed arrow mean "relationship" while a single pointed arrow means "one sided love" while two single pointed arrows mean "requited love but no relationship"? I'm guessing here, is there any clarification from the artist?

Also, this chart is good at mixing pure crack with not-so-much-crack.

Nothing like that is stated there. Just a reference to Aya's interview with Letty where she vaguely states that she, as a youkai, wouldn't want to be confused for a certain ice fairy.
