Agreed. It serves no purpose for one of the good guys to have such a broken power in the first place (Accelerator is the exception as he either fights people just as broken as he is like Kakine, or he fights battles with some kind of handicap like the enemy knowing his weaknesses as with Kihara or an opponent he doesn't want to kill like with Misaka WORST) and only makes her look more idiotic when she fails to take out the bad guys within the first 10 seconds of any fight she's in. It doesn't help that her personality (easily the worst part of her character) and voice are both horribly obnoxious.
Frankly, I hate teleporters in this series in general (even Awaki, despite her being easier on the eyes than Kuroko). Ridiculously broken (no humans except certain magic-users and Accelerator have any business not being killed by one in mere seconds) but they end up being so much fodder because otherwise they'd insta-pwn anyone if they were written competently. The writer should have just made it so they can't teleport stuff into people and objects without even having to make contact with the victim in question. As it is, I figure the only reason Aleister doesn't have a army of Kuroko or Awaki clones is because they'd only be Level 3's (and thus not as broken) since his cloning isn't perfected yet.
