Don't get it, but definitely agree: Shut the FUCK up, Joey!
I mean, it wouldn't be as bad if he has more things to say, but he calls so often with the same blurbs, and the comic absurdity of "RATTATA" every fourth word wears off reeeaaal quick-like.
I understand. Because on Gold/Silver/HeartGold/SoulSilver...people you add to your contacts ring you all you all the damn time, to talk about crap like how cute their pidgey is. It's annoying.
Oh lord, Joey got on my nerves so badly I made a point of not getting his number the second time around =.=' Nothing against RATTATA at all but after a while... it doesn't mater what it is, it WILL get annoying.
How does a METAPOD get away. It can't move. It can't attack. All it can do is harden to the point where you deal almost no damage, which is GOOD when you're trying to catch the thing. Jesus christ, Joey.

Oh shit I know right? The. Most. Retarded. Things. There's always that hiker outside the Rock Tunnel raving about delicious mountain air. And the youngsters going on about how everyone should wear shorts.

I could only wish (unless those're Kanto folk, since I'm not really there yet). Usually it's about how close they were to catching a Geodude, or barely winning against a Pidgey.
According to Bulbapedia (The Pokemon Wiki): "If examined through the use of a cheating device, Joey's Rattata really is in the top percent of Rattata, possessing an Adamant nature as well an IV spread of 30 31 29 31 26 30."
