Still, this one's background still isn't quite that plausible. You can clearly see the space between the girl's back and the ground, thanks to the shadow play in the background. It doesn't make much physical sense.

I do agree that their position could be lowered (this is a bug maybe?) but out of the other backgrounds I find this one the most acceptable. If we start to pay much attention to the details, we might start wondering how does the guy not touch the ground at all, or why isn't Chinatsu's head hurting while supporting some of her weight (and maybe also the guy's since he isn't touching the ground). Her back at the shoulders level is moving up and down indicating that it's not touching the ground, leaving just her head and her butt.
