I bet this artist cut-and-pasted the Miku face from one of Ishikei's works, because if you closely compare the details and skill in her face vs anywhere else, they are on completely different levels.

Or he could simply spend more time making sure the face is right. The face-better-than body seems consistent throughout his work here. I'm inclined to believe the style is simply very similar (and I'm not complaining, it's a damn hot style). Produce an Ishikei piece with the same face and you have a case. I can guarantee you it didn't come from the only Ishikei Miku pic we've got here though.
