I'm gonna level with you. Above the motion lines from the humping, there's a single line near his back that doesn't cross his body. Since it doesn't cross, it's not a motion line. So from that, the patterns that are similar to that of a cobra, and the fact that the body is longer than that of a fish and that she has FANGS, she's a naga.
Naga can be applied to mermaids but is also frequently applied to snake/human combination types as above. However thanks to the Final Fantasy series' association to [Lamia] being the snake types it has become the norm. If I remember correctly the origional Lamia was simply a beast that devoured nearby young men from small town outskirts and such, the appearance of this varied by who told the tale. I'm not sure which mythology this origionated from, I will research if I get the chance.
Naga are from Hindu mythology, but their depictions aren't very feminine, usually they're like multi-headed snakes with camel faces. Lamiae are Greek and were usually serpents or lions.

It depends. I've seen photos of ancient depictions of naga as half human/half serpents like this one, and a number of mythology books will describe lamia as half human and half serpent as well.
I see no poop hole, which leads me to believe that front hole he is loving is an entrance and an exit.
Snake anuses are actually quite a ways down, as the digestive track spans most of the body. Technically speaking, a snake's "tail", defined as the spinal extremity that extends beyond the anus, is actually quite short; the majority of the snake's length being the "body". A snake's sexual organs are by contrast much closer to the head. If we assume a snake woman's anatomy in the snake section to be as a snake's, this picture would be accurate; vagina in roughly the same place as a human's, and anus much further down and not visible in this frame.
