Hey fun fact while we're here What she's holding are Korean Sauna eggs, which are pressure-cooked eggs, commonly sold in Korean Saunas (which are a huge thing in Korea, public baths and whatnot)
Because of how it's cooked, even with nothing special added to the cooking process, it has a dark brown color when you peel it. Even though it's pressure-cooked for 2-4 HOURS, it still maintains a soft, silky texture and adds a smoky flavor to the egg as well. (Something called Maillard Reaction, don't ask me I'm not a scientist)
If you're on a diet/bulking or something, or just wanna try a new way to make eggs, highly recommend trying to cook the eggs like this. All you really need is an instant pot or a rice cooker, and follow the instructions carefully.
Hey sensei! I bought something to eat, want some?I want the one in the middle
