Suletta was justified in killing the terrorist, Miorine would have died otherwise. But how Suletta reacted to the act is the problem (or more accurately her lack of reaction). Even if you have resigned yourself to killing, completely disassociating yourself to the point that you chuckle about it like you're skipping through the park isn't healthy.

her action is justified however she doesn't show a reaction of being terrified for what she has done.
