There are clear views of it in post #323145 3rd panel and post #491430 1st panel. Looks like "なんかよくわからないモノ", which with my (very) limited knowledge of Japanese would be "nankayokuwakaranaimono", I think.
Part of me would like to think that Ruko likes the present because it comes from Miku-nee, and not necessarily the act of getting one or the present itself.
