Holding the rifle suspended against your shoulder, while one hand racks the bolt, and the other loads a new magazine is called the Iraqi Reload. Apparently, as AK magazines weren't always standardised and very mismatched, this type of reload allows the round to chamber and the mag to be slotted correctly.
