Is it just me or do some of the decorations, medals, and embellishments stand out oddly? Perhaps they were photoshoped and stuck on?

The German Crosses, one above the Iron Cross and slightly covered by the suigintou's hair and the one attached to her tie (cant find better word) seem a lot like they're just photoshopped there. Along with the ring and the skull on the hat..
Others look pretty okay.

both the seals, the two on her hat, and the lapel pins plus the swords on the salad and possibly the salad themselves look like photos.
