A paramedic/corpsman's job is to stabilize a casualty until they can be moved to medical facilities. Though IIRC corpsmen are trained to do emergency surgery while army medics and civilian paramedics aren't.
architects don't draw pictures, they design the building and make it actually usable. the structural engineer looks at it, checks to make sure everything is right, and then stamps it. and yes, i would know seeing as my mom is an architect. no i am not insulted but your answer is very short sighted and stupid.
