Please don't white knight her. If she got fired (so no goodbyes, no graduation stream, etc) then it means that she did something very, very serious. Hell, even HoloCN got a proper graduation stream and everything.

I'm not defending her leaking company information, that's bad on her part. I'm just saying this whole thing wouldn't have happened in the 1st place if people didn't have an aneurysm over the possibility of her having a boyfriend.

The whole situation is just mind-boggling. I mean, just how badly do you have to screw up to get booted THIS hard and THIS fast after putting in years of good honest work. I think everyone knows she's at fault but it's possible the whole mafumafu drama kinda brought this on by putting her in a bad enough headspace to the point where she just talked to the wrong people about it. But I know full well speculation at this point is more pointless than a broom in a vacuum shop.
Far as I know so far, Rushia isn't ENTIRELY at fault, There's a JP Drama Channel, Korekore (Think JP Keemstar), who allegedly was a Senpai to both Rushia and Mafumafu at some point, so it's likely they were friends, the drama happened, and since Rushia was already known to have Mental issues and Severe Anxiety, she was likely feeling desperate to end this whole series of bullshit.
So she likely contacted Kore, to try and see if he can help to prove there was nothing between her and Mafu so things would calm down, and while yes she seemed to reveal more than she should've, he still was asked/told not to share it with anyone (The parts that could get her into trouble I believe), but he did so anyway, backstabbing her (And to an extent Mafu) to get those juicy clicks/views that all Drama channels care more for than anything.
So again yes she likely told more than she should've, if this piece of shit would've did as he was asked/told, and told NO ONE, maybe this wouldn't be happening right now.
And Cover's not completely out of the blame game, while yes it is fully within their right to terminate those that violate NDA's, they also could've done so in a much more lenient way, while she would still be let go, they could've said she was Graduating due to Mental Health reasons, as that would be believable, wouldn't make cover look like hearless assholes, and would give her one final chance to say goodbye to her True fans.
Apparently she's got another YouTube channel (Sitting at 151k subs as of now), and has been a bit more public with her actual Twitter account, and as of a couple hours ago still responding to some tweets, so at the least the worst has not yet come to pass, and hopefully that doesn't happen, You can say what you want about NDA breaching, but this poor girl doesn't deserve THIS kind of treatment.
Rushia might not have even been that desperate to reach out to such a snake if those pieces of lonely shits in Japan would've kept themselves based in reality, None of them were ever going to be with Rushia, they should've made peace with that, instead they got their precious idol Fired, way to go....

Is it bad that I'm kinda hoping Rushia does what Coco did and becomes a big-name indie streamer?
Not at all, Personally I'm hoping she manages to get some success going with it, even if like kson it doesn't reach the same levels as their Hololive channels did, it'd still be nice to be successful enough so the poor girl can have a way to support herself, Especially given the severe Anxiety and Metal Health issues I've seen other long time fans report that she's mentioned at times.

Rushia is entirely at fault. Korekore leaked the stuff to the public, sure, but guess who wouldn't have been able to leak anything if they weren't given information they weren't supposed to have? It sucks that it went so poorly for her, but that's the risk she took. That chain of events started with Rushia.
You don't give a known murderer a gun and then say it's not your fault and everything would be fine if that asshole just hadn't shot anybody with it.

So Cover should've just lied to everybody about it? So that shit could hit the fan as soon as somebody decided to leak the truth? And then everybody would think Cover was heartless assholes for firing her and liars just trying to save face?
Yeah, I'm sure that all would've worked out fine.
Cover isn't at fault at all, stop looking for excuses to villainize them for being honest and upfront with their fans.

Technically, It more started with the loner Fans in Japan, while yes Rushia DID end up leaving her notifications on by mistake, it was the loner super Otaku creeps in Japan who blew up over it, causing them to harass her, causing stress, causing her to go to Kore for help in desperation, only for him to backstab her, which led to her getting fired.
Again yes you could argue it's Rushia's "fault" that she accidentally left the notifications on, BUT, if the desperate creeps in Japan hadn't blown up that their precious idol who they never stood a hope in hell of with anyway, potentially had a Male friend/potential love interest, she never would've got desperate to the point of reaching out to Kore for help and getting backstabbed.
Personally, I see the notification thing as a simple mistake, The creeps took it way too far as a reaction, Oh no she could potentially have a male friend IRL or even worse, a BOYFRIEND!, best abandon the idol I love so much and harass her for it!, You want to stop supporting her, fine, destroy/sell the merch?, Go ahead, but don't harass this poor girl for it you disgusting creeps.
Now I truly see why Otaku are looked down upon so much when you have people like these who belong in the looney bin running free, and sadly shit like this will continue for so long as Japan's industries are willing to potentially sacrifice mental health and their talents well being just to get money from a bunch of lonely losers.

I wasn't even talking about the notification thing. That was an accident. It's not why she got fired, either. None of this comment has anything to do with the current discussion.
I'm talking about giving out private company information to unaffiliated persons. She did that entirely of her own accord. She is fully to blame for the consequences that followed.

Again yes, She shouldn't have done that, but at the same time, Korekore also could've kept this stuff to himself, like Rushia asked/told him to, But he didn't, he decided the views and clicks he could get from this was more important than the career/mental health of a "friend", If he would've did as he was asked/told and kept his big mouth shut, she at the least probably wouldn't be in as much trouble as she is now.
Honestly, this next bit is just my frustration talking, so don't take it too seriously, but that piece of shit Kore needs to get what's coming to him for this, Not saying he should be found and beaten or anything, No, that's a bit too far, but at least find some way to screw with his channel, see how HE likes having his career screwed with.....

That's nothing bad at all. While I personally haven't really followed either one of them, I'm still happy knowing that Coco's plan worked out for her and that she can now freely bring the content she wants, exactly the way she wants. And while Rushia might leave HoloLive under different circumstances, I still hope that she will manage to keep going as well and that a big part of her followers will continue to follow and support her new self.

Disclaimer first, such otakus are a minority. A minority that can cause a lot of damage, sure, but most fans otherwise still have enough common sense.
I'm sorry but I don't think those fans might have taken this as a loss. Their only interests regarding Rushia is that she's their delusion GF, which as you yourself know, is something she herself played into and made banks for it. She chose to play with hungry dogs so she can't act surprised now if she got bitten.
So now that the men opened their eyes to the fact that Rushia can't be theirs, do you think they'd be sad now that she's suffering the consequences? Much as I'd love for this whole drama to be a learning lesson for Hololive and allow collabs with men to become more common in the future, the fact that Rushia ultimately got punished for this ultimately handed such haters a win in the end. Rushia didn't played by their rule, and now she suffered.
It's the same story as Coco and the Chinese-antis, regardless of whether or not they were the true cause of them leaving, it doesn't change the fact that the talent got punished while the haters are not.

To be fair, the cause for THAT Graduation was complete dumbassery, Coco was looking at Analytics and such GOOGLE/YOUTUBE made, since I believe it was their site she was using to view them, she herself didn't make them, so Google/YouTube was acknowledging Taiwan as it's own country, and then the hilarious stupidity, comes from them using VPN's (Which is illegal in China mind you) to watch Coco and such, but they set their Country to Taiwan for less ping or something, thus the inflated numbers towards Taiwan, which stupidly got them mad.
It's their own damn fault Taiwan had high numbers, and it's more Google/YouTube's "Fault" that Taiwan was shown as it's own country, but they instead harassed Coco for months on end anyway, which in the end yes they got Coco to Graduate, they also go their own branched to "Graduate" and killed any further Hololive business in China, Way to go morons.
I mean it could've been worse for these idiots, their oh so holy CCP COULD'VE found out they were using VPN's to access site's they don't like, and could inflicted severe punishment on them for that to set an example....

I mean it makes sense in a way, kinda hard for them to do anything towards Google so they chose the easier target to go after. That doesn't justify their actions in any possible way though.
