In Jubilife Village Anvin shares a character model with Toshi. Unsure how moving forward these NPCs with shared models will be tagged when they don't seem to have an overarching title or "team" they belong to, if they'll be tagged at all.

Their red outfit represents membership in the security corps, which has a tag and is even in use in this very picture, so use that.

I know, I made that tag. I'm talking about the guy in blue on the left in the third panel. His name is Anvin and he's a craftsman, but there's another NPC that has his exact same design.
Thank you!MemoryHuh!!Ah! Ingo is remembering something! That's right! In my world it wasn't called Criticutter, it was called Criticut!
(From Bulbapedia)
In Generation V, a boy in Nacrene City mentions that Dire Hit is called Dire Hit in Unova. This is a reference to the change in the Japanese name of Dire Hit from クリティカッター Criticutter to クリティカット Criticut, in order to make room for the number-level reference of Wonder Launcher items. Because "Dire Hit" is much shorter than the 12-character limit on English item names, this issue does not come up in the translated games.A pretty useless memory, huh...Old man! Give me 100 recipes for Criticutter!
Dire HitI'm honored that my pose seems to be popularIngo pose!Geodude, you're doing it backwards!
