It is pretty imply those missiles are either anti-ship,anti-air or anti-sub.
The design for the missile's fins implies it's anti-ship.
- Anti-air missiles has two set of fins, one near the warhead and one near the propellant exit so they can adjust the direction faster to react according the target's movement. - Anti-sub missiles has no or minimal fins near the head to steer the thing once it enters the water. - Anti-ship missiles has wide fins to skim the water's surface (like a flying fish) so they could strike at the optimal point, at water level or slightly higher. This is done to imitate the skip bombing technique without needing too much stabilizing tech into the missile.
People where guessing Tai Yuan or Chang Chun, but they didn't bet for the big sister.
Chang Chun's actually got announced a few minutes earlier in CN. Anshan was just announced first in JP. I assume all three will get retrofits. Anyway really happy for Chang Chun. I have her ringed at level 120 so I can't wait to upgrade her.

The bastards finally did it. They made the entire lineup of girls obsolete to stroke the dick of the chinese.
To begin with DDs are pretty niche in the game already, with most best used in mobbing fleet. When I got her today and checked her stats, it's pretty alright, not overpowered nor game breaking or anything like that. Her skillset limits fleetbuilding a little bit, and it is unwise to build a whole fleet around her alone. In short, BBs still come on top when it come to DPS and ease of use.
