you need to put ice cream in bread then put it in freeze
after it is frozen ,deep fried it for short time
Then you will have crispy hot bread on outside and cold sweet ice cream on inside

There's another way, at least what my american co-worker did. Use rock-hard ice-cream, coat it with room-temperature butter (salted is preferred), coat it with pancake mix, sprinkle panko and fry it. And prepare for a messy finish, since if you took too long in the coating stage the ice cream would have melted and causes the oil to fly everywhere.
