I kinda considered kigo (seasonal words used in poetry), but out of all the words here, literally only a couple showed up on any "lists" of kigo I could find. So I'd say they are clearly summery words (with a couple more springy or autumnal thrown in), but if they count as kigo, then only in an informal sense.

No idea about the listing question, though.
I'm not sure about your lists but I searched each word on Google and this is what I have found so far: Niwatazumi (spring), Warabimochi (spring), Flash flood (?), Swallows (spring, but the babies birds have grown up so maybe summer), Evening cicada (autumn), Rain on new leaves (summer), Evening rainbow (summer), Moonlit nights (autumn), Floating nests (summer), Snails (summer), Airing out books (summer), Milky Way (autumn), Muggy weather (summer), Wind storm (autumn), Distant thunder (summer). Well, even if they are kigo it's still pretty nonsense so maybe just forget what I said.
