Only the last bubble really tripped me up, I didn't quite understand where 肩パソ fit into this one, so I might have taken a liberty here. Feel free to correct it.
Commentary was a bit tricky as well, nothing explicitly about "you" for the second half but I thought it was implied.

Yeah, that last bubble's a real doozy. I think I've figured it out though?
The thing that really tripped me up though was that, because the last few Sanae ones have been about food, I thought 肩パソ might actually be 堅パン (or hardtack) but just transformed through either a typo, or some colloquialism I've never heard.
Then I realized the パソ is the sound effect, and that she's just going to hit you because she thinks you've done something to annoy her and are trying to secretly make up for it.
Translating is hard. And I'm still not 100% percent sure I'm right! Argh!

肩パソ is short for "shoulder punch". The パソ here is abbreviated from パンチ and is not an SFX. Though here the overall meaning works out about the same.
Katapan usually implies a rather forceful punch, like done by Inazuma in pixiv #51243270 (across multiple images), which is also tagged 肩パソ on Pixiv. The person being punched is usually aware of the incoming punch and is given the opportunity to brace for it. This practice is often used as a quote-unquote "skinship" 'friendly' game or, alternatively, a "punishment game" after one party loses in some game or does something to owe or offend the other party (like in this image above). In schools this is sometimes also used as a hazing ritual or a method of bullying (dressed up as "we're just playing around as friends").
The term was kinda like "young people slang", and not originally listed on dictionaries and such, but after an infamous suicide case in 2007 involving someone being katapan-bullied many times among other things (with "katapan" mentioned again and again in news articles), the term has entered the general public consciousness. It's also currently listed on JP Wikipedia and some semi-authorative web dictionaries like Weblio.
I will say, I did actually figure out that that the パソ was short for パンチ, I just apparently forgot to include it in my rambles. (Probably because I should be sleeping instead of trying to translate. I'm so tired.)
This did remind me though that I discovered that from Urban Dictionary of all places. I just apparently forgot about it the instant I stopped looking at it.
Point is, if something seems confusing. Google it.
If you tell me the truth now, then depending on what you did, I'll let you get away with just a shoulder smack....Ha? Something I want to do?It's sudden, what's wrong?I see, I understand. What on earth did you do this time?...fu--n.
Thank for every day, huh--?
