Anyone knows is there any visual differences between M13/40, M14/41 and M15/42? They are all based on a similar design, but I have no idea how to visually differentiate them.

I'm not really familiar with this vehicle, but after looking at references and photos for a bit, it seems that the main differences between the M13/40 and the M14/41 were engine and armor changes that are not really visible externally. The M15/42 is discernable in that the gun is longer, a 47mm/L40 (40 calibers in length) as opposed to the 47mm/L32 of the older models, with the muzzle directly over the front edge of the front wheels when viewed from the side. Also, the hull access hatch is on the right side while the older models had it on the left. Judging from that, I think we can rule out the tank in the picture being an M15/42.
P.S.: According to the GuP wiki, Anzio uses the M13/40 version, although they only appear in the manga. Oh, and in case anyone thought that Anchovy was to scale with the tank, the vehicle is actually supposed to be about 16ft. (just under 5 meters) in length.

The M15/42 also has a slightly longer hull and has a different turret. Visually, IIRC the sides of the turret are 'bulgier' and less flat. But yeah, main thing to differentiate is its longer gun.
The M13/40 came in multiple production runs with some different features. They all had the same gun with the same(ish?) hull and similar turrets. Series I doesn't have the assisted loading mechanism that is installed in later tanks. Series II has it, but it resulted in a cramped turret with less gun depression. Series III fixed this issue by adding a 'bump' on top of the turret, letting the gun fully depress. So the Series III can be distinguished from the earlier series by the presence of that bump (if it's visible).
The M14/41 is basically a Series III but with a more powerful engine and armor changes to the hull. It's practically indistinguishable from the outside. Though... maybe the driver port is a bit different?
Anyhow, think what Anzio uses is the Series III M13/40.

I had read that what differentiated the Serie I of M13/40 from the II and III was the presence of full-length fenders, whereas on later ones they were limited to the forward section.
