I've heard of rainbow capitalism but this is ridiculous!!!
She's god of ownerless items. That includes forgotten and tossed away clothing, bags, and such. The dress was actually fitting for the theme, since it's made from mix-and-match pieces of cloth, presumably cut from said lost items and joined together using zipper, again taken from the lost bags.

Why do I thinking about Bruno Bucciarati and Stiky Fingers, I wonder...
The design definitely throws you off at first glance (and the second and the third and...) but I appreciate that the color goes warm to cool from top to bottom so it becomes less chaotic once you get used to it.
I wonder... is the whole "pointing up with one hand and pointing down with the other" a reference to the Magician arcanum? Because it really seems like it.

Interesting bit. According to her omake text, there's a difference between being abandoned and being without owner. Abandoned object may not belong to anyone, but the fact remains that it was abandoned by someone. So it's not truly ownerless.
So how do you get a truly ownerless items? By selling it into the market. A store doesn't truly own the item, so once you've relinquished the ownership, the item becomes "ownerless". So Tenkyuu is both the god of ownerless items, and the god of market. Hence her role in Unconnected Marketeers.
Also this is just me making sense of the story with limited moontalk so take it with a grain of salt.
For a sixth stage boss, she barely has any minions, or sidekicks at least...
I mean:
Remilia has an entire mansion serving her. Yuyuko has Youmu as her bodyguard. Kaguya has also a mansion serving her. The Watatsuki have an entire KINGDOM devoted for the services. Shikieki has Komachi and a lot of “black” fairies. Kanako has Sanae (and suwako). Satori has also a mansion serving her + a lot of pets. Byakuren has an entire temple for her. Miko has also a palace for her. Sukuna has Seija, plus a lot of ragtag youkai minions. Junko has hecatia and clownpiece. Okina has two servants. And Keiki has Mayumi as her general.
Oh, then... if they aren’t the highest of their kingdom, who's the one ruling the capital?
That's likely Tsukuyomi, who co-founded the Lunar Capital with Eirin. The Watatsukis are basically generals of the lunar armies or something like that from what I remember.

Well if you're counting Sukuna and Seija because they were comrade-in-arms, then Tenkyuu has Tsukasa, Megumu, and Momoyo; all of whom were responsible for the event that leads into UM.
