Perhaps he can slow time as well. His first impression is that he can run rally fast without much effort. Yukari thinkis it will take him longer than it does. So many he can slow time so it takes him less time to cover the distance (it takes just as long, or he doesn't have to go as fast if he can do it while time is slowed or stopped for everyone else but himself).
