Wonder if they broke the loop and escaped their fate?
No. But, the only one suffering here for it is Mono.
The ungrateful, ice-blooded, murdering little Triple Six, on the other hand, isn't shedding any tears. Especially now that she has the powers of the Lady.
The fedora makes it a distinct possibility. It almost certainly is the Thin Man's hat...
Oh, you mean the newsie hat which appears only as a collectible and has no relevance to the story whatsoever?
Or do you mean the Thin Man's fedora hat? If you mean the latter, you're going to have to explain where else it can be found other than on the Thin Man's head because, I don't remember.

I'm suggesting that the hat Six is carrying might have been taken from the Thin Man. This would not have been possible in the original time loop, where the Thin Man still had his hat for his final confrontation with Mono, nor did Mono take the hat after defeating him.

You're going to have to point out where in the games (or any of the spinoffs) Six managed to get a hold of the fedora hat. Because from what I know, the hats are nothing more than collectible items. Cosmetic character mods with no influence on the characters beyond altering their appearances.

Of course she never got hold of any hats in canon. This image never happened in canon.
My suggestion is that this image represents a non-canonical scenario in which she did get the Thin Man's hat. Things happened differently in this loop, somehow. Perhaps Six managed to find better hiding spots and stuck with Mono until he fully learned how to manipulate the Signal and confront the Thin Man directly. Perhaps Six pulled Mono up at the end after all. We don't know. All we know is that the sun is shining (which never happens in LN2) and Six is holding a hat she has no business having.
