The MAS or MAC (it's written kind of messy) on the slide supports it being a 1935S, as well as the positions of the visible screws and pins.
This fight would come down to whether the hammer on Marie's weapon is already cocked. (The 1935S is single-action, and I'm assuming both their weapons are chambered to fire.) We can see Darj's hammer is down, but we can't see Marie's; however, we can see Marie's thumb, so if hers isn't cocked, she would have to move farther.
