It's referencing the fact that the hairstyle makes her look like Yorihime (see Mokou's comment) and thus 「描き分けムリ (かきわけむり)」since it's hard to make it easy to tell them apart. I thought the kanji in question was in the "Short" panel though...?
I do find it strange that you couldn't find 「違」in any kanji dictionaries... surely 「ちがう」sounds familiar? :3
Anyway, finished up the translations except for「パネぇ」, which I'm not quite sure what it is. I'm guessing it's localized vernacular, which I'm not very good at. I did put in the t/l for 「違和感」though.
パネぇ, afaik, is a slang-abbreviation for 半端ない (in a "rough" accent, 半端ねえ). I guess the best approximation is "totally" or "completely".
