Why is this still in moderation queue after an entire week? I made an appeal for this on the grounds that worse things get uploaded every day. Unfortunately due to the character limit on the appeal, that seems to be not a sufficient enough case for you guys.
1) The quality on this image isn't low, and sketches are allowed on Danbooru. 6 people upvoted this picture, 11 people put it in their favourites. There's nothing wrong with this pic at all. 2) It similarly does not violate any rules such as bad anatomy, bad perspective, or bad proportions as outlined by the flagging guidelines. Edit: I tried looking again and yes the arm does connect oddly to the shoulders, bad anatomy would apply. Images in the anatomical nonsense tag still exist on the site though, so it's really not enough of a reason to remove the post when the rest of it is fine. 3) post #4103676 by this artist was approved. 4) Worse things get approved every day on Danbooru: post #4248219, post #4248214, post #4246902, post #4247402, post #4247335. The list goes on and on, all from the last 24 hours. I thought about flagging these images, but it seems like it would be more destructive and would be an act in spite of this pic being rejected from queue. Which is it? Which am I expected to do, as per the rules?
My upload history speaks for itself. I know the difference between good and bad art, and what the Danbooru standard is/was. If this post is successfully appealed, please delete this comment.
1) Score and Favorites mean absolutely nothing to Approvers. They are in no way a reflection of an image's quality 2) True, but not relevant 3) Also true, also not relevant 4) I personally don't consider any of those examples to be worse than this one, I also don't personally think this one is worse than those. I'm not an Approver though, so my opinion doesn't matter. "Worse things get uploaded and approved" is never a valid argument, if you think something doesn't belong, flag it. Pointing at something and saying, "But that one's worse than mine, it's not fair!" doesn't help your case at all, and will just get you downvoted and ignored.
Your upload history consists of 20 total images, that is not nearly enough to be saying it "speaks for itself". That's like working a job for a week and then believing you should be promoted to manager because you haven't gotten fired yet.
If you want actual feedback on your deleted uploads, you can ask in topic #7934. No one is obligated to answer you however, especially if you choose to antagonistic or obstinate. So I do recommend being patient and polite.
