I'd really like an AmixRyuuji ending too...
Truth told, last time I saw an unpredictable ending was on Ichigo 100%, You expected that he would end with the childhood-dream-friend with feelings against him, but no, thats not how it worked out
I think one of the reasons I'm really enjoying Toradora is because it somehow almost completely foils my Troper Sense. Usually I'll have most of the major events of a series mapped out after watching the first or second episode, but I really have no idea what they're going to do next in this one.
Id like to think its more like "True End", since it is the most logical way the show could have ended (you know, main character with main character) but I personally would have liked him going for minori or even ami, they all were interested on him.

That's called being tsundere. She's like that because she's just jealous when she sees Ryuuji with another chick Even if she actually likes Kitamura.and that's how her personality is. :D
I do tend to find tsunderes of the more violent persuasion to be annoying (if not outright misandristic) but Taiga, at the very least, was a sympathetic tsundere who gradually becomes more openly affectionate and even more sympathetic as time goes on.
As for Ami, I have a hard time liking her, at least as much as others do, because she actually seemed to be the most childish of them all. Yes, the rest of the cast got tangled up in typical high school age drama, but that's because they are high school age kids. Pretending to be above it all is not being mature.
@Biribiri-chan I know what is tsundere. But are you sure she only acts like that when she is jealous. Better watch the anime again. She uses to hit everyone without a good reason at all. In the 1st episode she punched Ryuji in the hallway, even that she didn't know him. Is that being tsundere?

Yyyeah... My idea of a likable tsundere is someone like Tohsaka Rin from Fate/Stay Night or something.
