I like Kinjyou, she seems nice. Himekawa is beautiful, someone I would have a crush on...but she is scary... Otomore...I don't know, maybe I'd try to befriend her? Osanai seems like a heart breaker...she seems like an approachable person...but then she might be as scary as Himekawa.
Kinjyou does come off as the up-front nicest of the group. And I honestly prefer her looks over Hime's. Easy second pick. Hime is... let's just go with "hard pass". She's the only one who I'm actively disappointed when the picture of the day is her and not one of the other girls. Otomore is best girl. I could go into detail, but I don't think I really need to. Osanai is interesting. She seems like she'd be fun to have as a friend, but not really as a romantic interest. When she's going full chuuni, her dialogue can also be really... "fun" to translate.
In terms of initial reactions, my own preferences are generally Otomore-Osanai-Kinjyou-Himekawa.
From a literary/dramatic standpoint, Kinjyou seems too... well, too obvious to be the intended 'successful' LI/RI. At least if the artist has planned this out and isn't just following whatever creative whims occur. She does seem friendly, but without seeing further developments it's hard to tell if she's just generally friendly, and thus a decoy, or would actually develop in an actual romantic sense.
Same with Hime being so blatantly disgusted/irritated with the viewpoint protagonist. Starting at a whopping -70% likeability in her first positioning and only dropping further since, if she wasn't going to be an eventual possibility, she wouldn't be on the chart to begin with. (if this were an actual dating sim, she'd have to be the 'hard mode' target, likely requiring a specific 'event' along with dedicated focus to give a significant boost/reversal of the likeability rating)
Otomore and Osanai are, as signified by their "??" ratings, the wild cards. Neither has directly interacted with the viewpoint character (including the recent Otomore episode, since she didn't even seem to notice he was there). She may be shy, or outgoing, or even antagonistic (though the last of those seems unlikely, since before the reboot there wasn't any indication of such) once she isn't distracted like she has been in all her previous appearances. At the very least in the old series and extras she seemed somewhat neutral, if not tentatively receptive.
Same with Osanai, except that we have simultaneously more and less to go with than Otomore. Because we've seen her interact with Kinjyou, we at least know that she's outgoing enough to have friend(s) that she can act freely with, and due to her... hair decorations... has probably more than a few quirks (I'll have to take @Kinsei at their word on her being chuuni, since I haven't really noticed that much other than her fashion sense and the 'Haraherinuntius' thing back in the pre-reboot extras). However, she also has not had any direct dialogue/interaction with the viewpoint character, so we have no idea how she'll act with someone who isn't already her friend (after all, we've seen Himekawa act friendly with Kinjyou and the one male student who was trying to hit on her/ask her out, and then her repulsion at the viewpoint/otaku).
One does wonder "At what percent does 'like' turn into 'love'?" For a story titled after characters falling in love, some romance at some point would be nice. Kinjyou does seem to be the artist's "canon pairing", but they have done several polls now for Otaku's actions on his days off (specifically post #3966881 and post #3945186; the latter of which had a poll choice I'm still convinced could've been an Otomore day and I blame the poll voters for robbing me of that and replacing it with Hime), so there's every possibility that the result isn't set in stone.
Judging based off her appearances currently and the handful from before the "reboot", Otomore seems to very much be... well, the stereotypical "cat" character. Muted emotions, even initially prickly, but grows to be affectionate in her own way and on her own terms. Similar to, say, fie_claussell, who also bears physical similarities to Otomore as well. That emotionally detached, but adorable character hits a soft spot for me and is one of my favorite archetypes, so Otomore's already a shoe-in for me. It helps that her musical taste is also great, even if it takes me a bit to warm up to her song choices sometimes.
I'm kind of hoping the chuuni will be played down a bit with Osanai this go-round. As said, she has very few pictures in general and I struggled with one of the pre-reboot ones (post #3888930; it was basically at this point that I reconsidered just going back and translating all the stuff from before the reboot), because I kept looking at it going, "This can't be what she's actually saying, right?" until I realized what her the problem was. We've gotten past displaying how she looks and acts like a child, despite being older than all the other characters, and shown off her bottomless pit of a stomach, so if we could just... play down the fanciful terms and silly names? Please? For my sanity? Chuuni can be entertaining, but not for a translator... I'm sure there's plenty of other ways we can have fun with her character.
The real burning question now is what those ??'s are gonna look like once Otaku officially interacts with Otomore and Osanai Haraherinuntius.

I say, has she got them shark teeth? Then she be superfriendly!
