Put the artist request tag as I'm not sure what the appropriate tag should be on here. Saucenao lists the artist as "さんまる" but that doesn't come up in a search, and I'm not sure if there is any other appropriate tag it should be under.

@TYFGMLTM What is the source for this image? (Where did you find it?) The source would make finding out who the artist is much easier, and also is required for uploads.

I found it on sankakucomplex (post 2798215), which has 2 artist tags of "dakadou" and "pixiv id 3933197".
I searched the image via saucenao which returned the listing on sankakucomplex (Creator: pixiv id 3933197), and a listing on pixiv (Pixiv ID: 32036905, Member: さんまる (ID: 3933197)).
Although, it looks like I may have just found the appropriate artist tag of "30 (mitsumaru)"
@TYFGMLTM You should make sure to always try to upload posts using the original source if at all possible. If you find something on Sankaku that you want to upload here, go to the source they list there, and use that as your source when uploading here. You should make sure to have a source for every upload (even if it's a scan, just put the name of what you scanned down), because it is unlikely to be approved if there is no source. (You should also check to make sure the post doesn't already exist, or that this isn't a resized version of the original - sourcing helps make sure it's the original version of a work.)
See this help page if you need more information on adding sources from specific sites.
(Also, "さんまる" or "san maru" is basically "three zero" in Japanese. A pixiv id of 32 million is earlier than any post they have currently up, but not by much, and the style seems similar, so this is probably a deleted earlier work.)
