Worse, they appear to be First Division. The hungriest of the species.
How do you to get rid of them? Not sure that you can. The unfortunate truth is that the best way to fight a carrier infestation is to introduce other types of carriers. But that still leaves you with a carrier infestation, only the danger of losing food changes depending on the type.
For First Division we typically recommend Yorktowns, but we there aren't any in this naval district. Fifth Division sometimes works though as do Essexs.
Another solution is submarines, but they are a little under the water.....

Houshou can be used for low cost temporary relief, but this breed is quick to adapt and develop tactics to divert the Houshou's attention.
We are sorry to say that there's nothing you can do.
Even calling Yorktowns, Essexs and the Fifth division won't be able to fix the problem.
But there is a good news, these species are actually tame as long you have food beside and feed them regularly.
We also recommend to have a Fubuki-class beside it. It helps these species for further days and possible breeding.
Just follow the handbook we will provide.
Thank you and have a good day.
P.S We do have an Essex class in the base right now. However, she refuses to cooperate due to the errrr.....criticisms she faced especially that came from her own country.....
