This is not a Dragunov sniper rifle! The Dragunov is a gas-operated semi-automatic gun. The tube for channeling the gas from the barrel to the mechanism lies above the barrel and is covered by the wooden fore end of the gun stock. This structure is missing completely on the depicted weapon. I think, that this is either a "fantasy gun" or a softair gun resembling a Dragunov.
For one, it's probably an AK derivative considering its overall shape. Daito rarely draws fantasy firearms if he can help it, so I'm betting this is a real gun. Just a rather obscured one. I'll see if I can get a hit off the Russian small arms list.

It's AVB-7.62. AVB stands for "Avtomaticheskaya vintovka Barysheva" - Baryshev's automatic rifle. It were created in early 90's and featured very low recoil and good accuracy in fullauto mode, but it were less accurate in semi-auto and were vulnerable to mud, dirt, dust and also very sensitive to quality of ammunition, so it failed army tests and were produced in a very small numbers.
