I'm almost certain that that is a King Crimson album, but in trying to find it, I found the artist Barry Godber (very unique artist), but not the album, itself.
That indeed says King Crimson in English if you look close enough but more clearly in Japanese.
That sign in the back is a specific parody of a specific Christian promotional sign seen scattered around Japan that roughly says "Reconcile with God" or something but is often edited on the Japanese internet to say "Reconcile with Cat" 神 → ネコ
Anyway, there's a lot going on here that I don't understand. Like the sushi on the ground…
dost thou refer to Chanta´s "bulky" style of depicting female bodies? Chen is not too bad. I laughed the more I thought about her sitting pose as the cat in the bike basket. I like to think Ran picked her up and casually inserted her ass-first into the basket like that. Yukari could of course be cheating with her abilities, but thinking of how bushy Chanta draw Ran´s tails I wonder how there is even room for her back there.
Also what is the meaning of this now? It is becoming a recurring gag.

Can anyone else recognize that album?
In case no one else has mentioned it (or, in case you have not found the answer): the album is "In the Court of the Crimson King". Cheers!
