Profanities in spanish (specially in Mexico), depends a lot in the context and/or the person they're referring to. They can be really insulting or very friendly. Something like the word "c*nt", but in a wide way: it can be used in AUS only with really good friends while in the US it can be a really hard insult.
Cabrón, in the way Satori (or Mefo) is using it, it's in a very friendly way. It can be weird as that.
"...refers to a man whose wife was unfaithful to him"
Satori is literally calling us cucks.
I'm not your waifuWhat's up, assholes?
Cabrón literally refers to a man whose wife was unfaithful to him, but (like similar profanities) it is often used as an all-purpose insult.
