I don't fully understand the second half of the 3rd panel, so I won't guess at it. Something about a robot named Nineball as a parody (homage?) of the movie, plastic model came out recently, go check it. The part that kills is 搭乗者, I don't see what it means in the sentence.

Fill it in as needed.

搭乗者 means "pilot", and "AC" means Armored Core.

No wonder. I've never played AC so I know nothing about it. Filled in the rest, fix as needed.
