I think it could be typo on the artist part or stylistic change to the name. 立花 can be read as Ritsuka too as given name, though certainly it's a more uncommon kanji to write Ritsuka.

I'm leaning to change it to Ritsuka since it's the officially acknoeledged name (despite the wrong kanji), but out of respect to the original translator who insist it to be Tachibana, I'll just leave it be.
Other users however may do whatever they want with the notes.
