Please refer to this image as I try to explain what is going on here in an anatomical sense.
The 90 degree bend is not in the spine, but in the curvature of two muscle groups + fat tissues.
Thanks to the perspective (which is pivoted looking upward from a tactically low position), the sheer volume of her ass is blocking our view of the transition from the latissimus dorsi to the lumbus. It may give the illusion that the torso or spine is broken, but I guarantee you that the bend is quite possible. You can see the same magnitude of posterial bending in the reference image above, which is on an actual person.
Furthermore, if you consider the quality of the artist's work, it is quite evident they have a good grasp of anatomy, so this does not appear to be an amateur mistake. The artist clearly knows what they are doing for this pose.

You do realize that her spine bends in another direction as in the example you have given. To have such an arched_back is anatomically different than what's happening here. Furthermore, her right ass doesn't turn with her back and spine but it is staying stiff like she were just standing upside and whithout the torso slightly moving left. This way, it seems her right buttock is detached.

I'm not sure what you mean by the right buttock not turning:
- The left cheek is more prominent than the right cheek, which is partially covered by the skirt
- We can see the inner of right thigh and the indent from there to the right buttock, only possible if the lower anatomy if turned leftward
- The direction + curvature of her underwear, crack and anatomy underneath is pointed to our right side
- The location of the legs respective each buttock indicates the lower anatomy is facing toward the left in unison
As well, consider how the clothing is covering her body; how the contour plays with the silhouette of the buttocks
